Help with savvy 128/h9

please help me to unlock savvy 128/h9
I read eeprom dump, then i used eprom dumper by bartek 3.3. It gave me the pck code 2C2CFFFF, how can i use it ?. I decode it to decimal, but it has 9 digits and is wrong.
I used savvy h9 pck kode reader by eddiesoft, but it displayed 21221215151515.
I have only 1 attempt.
I can unlock new versions like tcd168,188 but i cannot this 128/h9
