I need the pinout from Sony C5, I got Schematics - but where is wich pin on phone?

Pins Outs:
Keyboard
1 0 0 0 2 0 0 0 3
4 0 0 0 5 0 0 0 6

-pin 1 & 4 Must be connected to +5V
-pin 3 & 6 Must be connected to GND
-pin 2 is Tx -connect to pin 10 MAx
-pin 5 is Rx --connect to pin 9 Max
