poer your phone without sim car. Type this code : *2767*3855# "full eeprom reset" User code and SP-lock are reset
or *2767*2878# : "custom eeprom reset" : User code is reset
The phone will power off after these message. If you see this characters --- after typing *2767* don't worry, go on...
