(loaded eeprom data w/o removing it from the board)
i made ponyprog interface for 25XXX eeprom modified all zener diodes to 3.1v plus a 3.1v on Vcc and ground to program the X25650 of mitsubishi trium astral 140.first i program directly w/o removing it from the board it read the eeprom content i save d file for backup i try to unlock it using free 2000 by lovelas but fail to write on the eeprom i read the eeprom again and compared it with the back up files and found out that the unlocking data was loaded on the chip!!!!! expecting that the data was loaded i turn on the fone but it displays "mobile fone malfunction please contact service provider" so i downlaoded the backup bin again hoping it would restore the data but fail to write, then read eeprom again, data backup data was loaded!!!!!

I change zener diode value to the original ponyprog interface (5.1V)and remove zener from vcc to ground. i remove also the eeprom from the board then read data and write again then it was ok, so i try to load another bin files downloaded from the net named "ast_unlocked.bin" and reload to the eeprom since the previous data was corrupted due to loading it from the fone's board and writing to eeprom was successful!!! then turn on again the fone but it displays "contact provider" . so i downloaded the back up bin files to the chip and it displays the previous problem "mobile fone malfunction......
the questions are:
A) does ponyprog capable to program X25650 ?
B)do the 25XXX inteface is compatible to X25650 ?
C)if the two questions are capable and compatible how to set the device type is it 25XXX - 2564X-9564X or what ?
D)if no can smb help me to send files for X25650 interface and programmer? and a bin files from trium astral 140 (eepromX25650)
