SENDO X PROBLEM need help

After turn on I get the blue screen with this mesage:

No ARM9 06 loaded.
Turning on ARM7....
Connect to bottom serial
port to communicate.
Test
Status:
FINAL P

Tryed with trick "#+5+ power" but nothing I have reset screen and after selecting OK same blue screen with this mesage.
Any Advice????

try to clean the Charheing port both in and out, the phone is in flash mode!

Thanks my friend but I recived more than 20 pieces in same condition do you think all of them have same mistake.

No I didnt solve anything.

I menaged to upgrade the phone with latest version ,formted(5+power) before and after flash but nothing I have only startup screen with :

"sendo X EVOLVE YOURSELF"
thats all
Any next step advice???
