BE4 power problem

Hi,

I have an old Alcatel BE4 138 (Swing 400)
I have used Alcatel ****er, but got only
"Sending application to phone. Please wait"
Nothing happened.

Then I saw I has been stupid, because I have original Henrich Toolbox 595
But phone doesn't accept any software and won't power up.

Has someone any solution?
