TriumMT-140Astral("Contact provider") ?

If i power-on phone "Contact provider" appear
for 1 sec. and phone go off!
Is there E2 solution for this problem?
I trayed 502(02->00),182-1c7(00) ,and more
for old and new MT140 but Nothing...
