C261 - problem with connecting

I can`t this understand. I have C115 and I connect the phone without any problem , but C261 not( but can user code reset and then I can connect the phone) So, I can connect only when I want to reset user code , but flashing not (i have press ON
I use the same cable . It is a different cable for C261 ?

Write: Flex
Write: Language Pack

Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...

and nothing happend

but when i try to reset user code i have
COM1 selected
Device must be POWERED-ON !

User Code reset Ok

I try to connect 2 x C261 and problem not solved , so i can`t flashing but user code wihtout problem

Use latest Moto01_V120 from support area "Updates" section.

Mr Infinity, I try unlock c 261, with sw 1.20. But have answer- connection fail , or incorrect certificate.Cable is ok. How solved it?

change sertificate1 or sertificate 2 in settings
it is in default position now.

to lutech: to be honest I did not understand your question.
make this:
1. Download Moto01_v120 from support area
2. in Settings tab select "Sertificate-1" or "Sertificate-2" instead of "default"
3. make full flash backup
4. try to make unlock

IF you have X60 cable, thats work fine. T191 cable getting error.
