C113 unlock problem

hello infinity team
im having problem unlocking C113.this is my 2nd phone which cannot unlock
i have read some of your instruction and followed but no luck.it seems that phone is not communicating with software.tried with different cable but still the same.here is the log:

so, do you think its the phone have problem?maybe they modified the connections to earpiece socket so that it cannot be unlock?:confused:

do i need to cut testpoint for this version?

thanks infinity team.as i can see on pcb, it is covered with metal shield and need to be remove.could you please spicify in which part of pcb it is located?so that i will cut the metal shield exactly and not removing the whole cover.
