Savvy DB TCD 188/DP help

Does anybody know how and with what I could generate NCK or PCK code for new Savvy 188/DP phone.I was try with lot softwers and all I get is wrong code or FFFFFFF.....
Where I can get Savvy tools v 1.2 by X File?
