Alright, so i got my U880 unlocked and all. Unlike some, i'm not here to complain about having to enter the code every time i turn the phone on. I'm here to ask how to make the phone display an image that isn't the 3 logo when the flip is open. It's easy enough to change what shows up when the phone is closed, so please don't assume i'm an idiot and tell me to play with the settings in the options menu. If anyone has a solution, please feel free to share! :D

Use Gthing 1.7 (search) and edit with the sysfile option. It will take a few tries to backup all the current data, and then let you change it. This (http://game-thing.com/gtmanual.php?page=Sysfile%20and%20Shell) is the info on how to do it straight from their website.
hmm , i have 10b_wm on it, and when i enter sysfile option , even though its stable , i still doesnt show anything.......what gives?

The bar should show progress on the bottom, and when it stops (gthing has frozen) you restart gthing and do it again...after 10 mins of starting/stopping it will have backed up everything and then lets you change whatever you'd like with the option to restore.

hmm , mine stops after 2 tryes , and from then on , whenever i enter sysfile option it doesnt do anything more.......
and it doesnt show anything in that window....
i modify thing in efs , using flashers....

Erase the current.file, sysfile.pref, and skip.list files in your Gthing installation directory. Now try the process again, except watch your phones main screen, and wait for it to say "Disconnected"...it will happen about a minute after Gthing stops moving. Then CTRL+ALT+DEL, gthing.exe (end process), and start it again and go to sysfile. It should start/restart about 10 times.

alright, i've tried about 15 times now and still nothing. i went ahead and purchased gthing thinking that it didn't work since i had the hacked version. still no luck though. any other solutions? thanks!

we knew how to unlock it...... the question was about gthing , i tryed also for more than 10 times , and no luck , ...
there is another method , with flashers , to see EFS use that!
