CF75 v22 - testpoint OK but papua software can't calc codes.

hi
i have simens CF75, i can contact with phone via testpoint .
this phone have Spansion flash file not intel.
papua can read ESN and HASH but can't calculate SKEY.
how to unlock this phone ?
