Some native applications not opening -- Why?

I know I've installed a lot of applications on my Nokia 6682 and any of those could have corrupted my native applications, but I was wondering if there's a place where I can download and re-install these without having to upgrade my F/W.

So far, I have noticed my Notes application and, what's worse, my Web application do not open. You click on them, it looks like they're going to load and it just goes back to the menu right away. Even when I've just turned on the phone, i.e. nothing else is running, so it shouldn't be a low memory issue.

Man i am not that much experienced in hardware but cant u just format ur phone and try it again i think it will be fine after u format ur phone.
All your phone memory contents will be lost so be carefull to take a backup

I guess I will have no choice. I was trying to avoid having to reinstall all my third-party applications again.
