Xphone IIm reminder sound

Hi all!

When reminder or schedule triggers, it just lit up and display reminder without the sound... How to adjust or set the sound? I tried on SOUND and set everything to active and also had selected tone for it but it just didn't play the sound...
Perhaps somebody has similar encounter, would love to hear your solution.

Case resolved. It's a silly mistake. Prolly at that point of time it was laggy, and I wasn't thinking of soft-resetting it to retry. The issue musta been caused by laggy (I assumed). Now reminder triggers the tone as per normal.

No doubt no takers, it's a silly mistake lol..
