CF110 no network after unlock

CF110 unlocked with joker without problem.
after unlocking- when I put sim card - the name of operator is with "!" in front - there is no transmition .I changed the PA - the same - no transmisin.
I was shure it is hardware problem , but now - I am not sure
any ideeas?

For sure - HW - you can take a look with microscope on the board... and find what line is cutted ... i have at me one repaired after this problem.
