CX70 amd after "unlock" beep

Hello!
i have some problem:
cx70 ...after unlock beep..
the story is verry long. in short words
when first try to unlock this phone with DBSS v1.17 or v1.18 ,dbss crashes at 99% and phone is dead... ...
then i decided to change flash ic from working "beef" , after this phone works fine but got locks. so , need to unlock- with DBSS v1.23 i got dead phone again...:(

1. Maybe phone's battery is uncharged
2. Try on other speed (921600)
3. Send ALL log files from DBSS with your forum's name and problem description to us (techaid@dreambox.hk)? (Program Files->DreamBox->bin ALL .log files)

battery (almoust full - phone was at charger before unlock...)

1. Check IMEI boot mode (It uses the stored keys)
2. Check speed 921600
3. Click Unlock
4. Find phone's key by IMEI and click ok.

also hangs on power on phone, but when reconnect phone and battery (full one) Testing ram and failed...
