some 1 know a prog that i can boost the sound of an mp3 file that i will hear it loader. tnx
or a convert prog that do that from mp3 to mp3

use soundforge software , you can increase 200% volume.
another db power amp , you can increase bitrate 128 to 324 sound very clearity but file size is large.
