This chat thing isn't working out. Great guy when you can get ahold of him but never the less I'm still waiting on answer to this :

I was told password needed reset and would be done in few hours. this was yesterday afternoon. still same message. I have already forwarded the login details to support. I have tried a dif login and same results so I dont know that I was ginven accurate info on the password reset?? anyway...

Can someone please shed light on this? what it means? what I can do to fix it? If its server end issue can someone please fix this. I'm guessing after 3 days my customer is going to become short on patience.
