Please, try to unlock with Auto boot mode, or with Firmware Bug (Manual) boot mode.

i try all as you said but have the same error. my phone ver 35, do I have to downgrade the phone firmware ?

2) DBSS log files (dbss.log and dbsserr.log)
3) Screen shot of DBSS in error state
4) Exect sequence, what you were doing

Hi. Did you open the slider on the phone before running the Auto boot mode?

use normall and all ok i test if in firmwarebug and auto not conect use normal

Of course slider were opened
I can read hints, and i follow them.
Anyway the phone were returned to customer, but i think the problem were in phone.
Neither Ffs_init or SWUP are able to flash it.

Hi, Vinicius. For unlocking SL75 in Auto boot mode you must do:
1. Connect the phone (you must use the phone battery, the phone must be OFF, the slider must be open).
2. Select Auto boot mode.
3. Run Unlock All Locks.

For unlocking SL75 in Firmware Bug (Manual) boot mode you must do:
1. Connect the phone (you must use the phone battery, the phone must be ON).
2. Select Firmware Bug (Manual) boot mode.
3. Run Unlock All Locks.
4. Run SReader in Games\SReader in the phone when the program ask you.

Tell me, please, what do you see on the phone, when you use Auto boot mode and also in Firmware Bug (Manual) boot mode?
And did you run SReader on the phone in Firmware Bug (Manual) boot mode?
