Trium Galaxy - Permanently Blocked - need help!

I have Trium Galaxy wich was unlocked with PIC, and worked few months, but now is Perm. Blocked! I have bin file from this phone.
Could anybady can repair this bin file!?!

I have it but i didnt have any permanently blocked triums!!

I repaired my Perm. blocked phone with MS Tools. Everything is ok, phone have all function, get network with full signal on display meter without problem but I can't make or receive calls or execute any operation with network like check credit or show diverting status.

Could anybady help me?!?

Znam da ih je puno trazilo MS TOOLS 6 ali eto i meni treba jer imam jedan aparat koji sam "strucno" otkljucao pa ako ti nije vec dosadilo posalji i meni na mail hjasko@bosnia.ba ... Hvala unaprijed
