Error : Sending application failed

Phone is C60 - dead one
cut test point
and receive that message:

Loading application is stopped on 23%

Error : Sending application failed
Error : Check Phone Model selection and battery voltage.
Error : Failed.

Where is the problem? In which IC?
I think in CPU, but i am not sure.

We think that you did wrong cut track. We are heavy to define where is the problem.
Improbably that the reason of your problem is discharging of battery. Try to charge battery fully and use it.
