I can't unlock Astral D2 S6 with Trium Tigar! Why!?!

I have Trium Astral MT-140 D2 S6 and I can't unlock that phone. I have problem with cable unlockers and I always unlock Astrals by eprom with Trium Tigar software and I never have any problem until today when I unlock bin file from eeprom with Tigar and put it in phene but phone is still locked :-(. Does anybady have eprom solution for this problem?
Can anybady unlock my bin file?
