help help help v360 with no service

hi guys please help mi. i pened v360 for unlock it. i tried to cut the shield alittle bit part of the shield i cut then i leave it then i put the bettery inm the mobile bt now mobile is with no service please mi whether i damage some thing or another problem plñease help mi thanks .v360 is of a customer
