E530 strange sound

hi all,

i have an E530 that produces a strange sound when opening and closing also when making call, the strange thing after a few times opening and closing the sound sometimes works normally and again after a few times strange sound again. changed flex and speaker and same problem, also did a full eprom reset and same problem??

Same problem for me strange sound with e530 , i think hardware problem .
Anybody can post solution ? ? ?
