View Full Version : samsung a300 not receiving after housing change

i changed an a300 housing and afterwards it will not receive any calls as long as it is closed.the funny thing is it can actually receive calls as long as the flap is open.also when you try to call the same while the flap is closed it gives you this kokoko sound before it is detected as not available.does anyone know the solution to this problem?pliz help:confused:

if all was good before housting changed .... open the phone again.
check if you didnt rip anything while changing the housting.... also check antena conectors on new housting

everything looks ok and where do ifind the antenna connectors mentioned?:confused:

I have the same F**KING problem :mad: . Try without antena. I tryed and now the phone is working make and recive call!!! Samsung phones are so stupid phones!!!!

At least there is important to exist RF shield that PCB and original cover when phone is assembled make. Mostly RF shield area can be "repainted" with some metal spray or dirth on PCB can be cleaned with alcohol to exist full contact between. If this not work - then Tx level must be downgraded ( SW or HW ) to avoid extraoscilations and missing network sending ... Try and you will be surprised with results.

P.S. on Samsung phones is important to use original covers to achieve good results ... without this tricks.

It was strange when i put the original cover and the phone has the same problem. Strange but truth!!!
