unlock s400i

can i unlock s400i by using
e530 cable and ns-dongle craked!!
i select C200 model
get mobil info : software version ok and imie ok but ant read ather lock info
when i presss unlock nsdongle message says that is ok
and phone still locked.
help pleas:rolleyes:

Use UFS and Use E860 Cable select C200 and click on Mobile Info, when code read type code manually
