Hello. From your Samsung local representative. If I understand you want the screen upper part without the TIM logo? If so:
MEC-FOLDER UPPER GH75-07723A
PMO DUAL WINDOW GH72-24018A

These codes are from the service manual of z510. Anyway you must recheck with your dealer.
