Everytime i try to go to samsung support Usbsmart Maintenance v4.3 Hangs.

i can go to semc and motorola section but everytime i press GO SUPPORT Samsung USBSMART MAINENANCE V4.3 HANGS =(

any sollution?

My dongle is activatet for motorola and samsung, and everything did work before
