post here the schematic!<br />have u tried the PonyProg to read your phone eeprom?
I used Hi-Lo All-07A to read eeprom (Eprom/Eeprom/Serial Prom/Bprom/MPU-MCU/PLD)...<br />If you want to read/write serial prom like 24/25 series, just use ponyprog... it's superb. One thing you must remember is, use GOOD 24c64 eeprom when calibrating the prog. For the i2c scheme, hunt it down on the net..... i forgot the url. sorry <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

THX ALL<br />but i looking for r/w eeprom with cable (don't open phone) software.
Ponyprog can do it, but not all the time , and this is the common problem for everybody. Today , I read succefully two SGH600 by cable , but I'm trying now with a N100 & a N105 , with no succes.<br />I've just connected SCL SDA & GND line from a regular PonyProg to Samsung at Pins 10 ; 11 ; & 6-7 short-circuited.<br />This work well for Many SGH Serie , but not all the time.Now , how to get it work on N , A serie.Let's go !

I readed sucses N100 i2c with ponyprog on 266mhz pc ....i have eeprom dump from n100..its atmel 24c256.<br />try and try...<br />*** job.<br />B.R <br /> <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
