hi there

my knowledge about mobiles is not very well.
if i understand this the right way, a unlock will make a locked mobile able to be used with any simcard...right?

some folders on my nec e949 are "locked" as well (can't delete or fully access them), how can i unlock those folders??

thx for any answer

simlock is when phone has writen operator id with status locked , that's why works only with simcards from same network.

and you have problem proably with preinstaled contents with attributes read only or files was moved from pc with attributes, you need to use cable and software for communication then unhook -r attribut then delete file .

There are many files that are needed for proper work if delete them you can even kill you phone im not resposible for any damange made by deleting files , you make it on own risk
