I'm getting this and error 10057 nearly every day from dif locations (always verified here in the lab)
Trying to connect server !
> Credit count: 1
> Unexpected server error 32 contact your supplier.
> Time needed - 00:00:00
Its up more than its down thankfully but just wondering why this is happening so consistantly.
What gives??

In the time from when i posted this and now which is not even 30 mins now the credit works and confirmed both at my location and client location.
Makes me think this might be some sort of connectivity issue on the server side. appears to drop connection for brief period then resume again...

now i recorded. seems my connexion shut down after some hours when there is no activity from real computer. Im checking this now will be fixed soon don't worry ;)

Need to keep customers happy, that is bottom line.
sorry to be so persistant about the server but after a few days customers begin to get angry and threatening. Just hoping server connectivity probs can be sorted as it has caused me quite a bit of concern and stress with the customers.
Thanks again - now i recorded. seems my connexion shut down after some hours when there is no activity from real computer. Im checking this now will be fixed soon don't worry ;)

all should be ok now. Seems FW update was needed on modem-router.
so now connexion should never disconnect/reconnect. Well im sure you will report if now is ok or not :D
