W800i flash ok but not power up?

I have got a w800i here that had a bit off water damage, i cleaned it all up and flashed it, it flash's fine but will not power up? when i plug in a charger to it the red light on the top off the phone comes on but again the phone does not?

Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Have go the same problem here but the handset has no signs of water damage did anyone find a solution to this ?????
