please illustrate where the test point is on this board, surely somebody must know......

I had and tested T.P with newest PCB, its 100% working, but in Your picture as I can see , T.P is broken.

i simply and carelully scratched the glue off, as it was covering the TP, so thats what the marks are, its the remaining glue!
and thank you for your reply, you are the only helpful one i have found!
how do you mean broken?
