how can I do modified to siemens usb cable

I've got a siemens USB orginal cable.
I can use flashing(update-upgrade) for winswup to sx1,x6x.

but I can't use to papua,sst.you anyway know too ;because no including to testpoint cable.

usb cable was modifing for testpoint cable
how can I modified??
have you got its schematics.
