anyone know how to force a SIM card to dial an access number before the destination number? meaning to route all calls through a gateway in one-stage dial instead of access number--> dial tone--> destination number

usually the SIM card is able to run application into the mobile phone such as using STK (SIM toolkit application). you may read this on GSM 11.14.
