Nec 338 White Screen

HELLO EVERY1, my nec 338 switch on but just display white screen, please can some one tell me what to do.:confused:

You should change the display but nec 338 is a cheap phone so is not convenient to buy a new display...

I have a white screen & another No ringtone.
I change the board to another working 338 but same problem. I think is from the board ( software or hardware on board).

IF U cant make calls and ur phone hanged so u can fix it by software also just reset eprom some time work
