Sir,
I have received many phones with Blank IMEI, ie when you check with *#06#, no imei is displayed. It is just blank, and with sim U get error UNAUTHORIZED PHONE.

Hello,
Try to make "Prepare" operation with "Repair" box checked.
Please, no need to ask the same question twice (in forum and by PM). Beleive me, I did not give any additional info via PM because I always say what I know in public discussion here. So, please, let's save our time and don't ask the same question twice.

I Tried this procedure, but din't solve the problem. But while dooing the job, the soft reads IMEI and it tallies with the original on back of phone. ?????

Recently I got one c168, was showing Unauthorized phone when I put sim card in it. And if I check the imei, that was blank.
Then I tried to prepaire with Moto02 by checking on the box "repaire unauthorised" and also done reset.........After that the phone started normally but after some time gone off and again restarted, and again and again, this process continoued
Then I have flashed the phone completely (main+flex+lang+image+melody)
..........Surprisingly phone got it's life back and Imei also set to original....And working perfectly with full network:)

what is "the same" problem exactly ?
did you tried to make "reset" to repair "the same" problem ?
did you tried to use repair eeprom files to repair "the same" problem ?
