Sony C1 unlock problem

I try to unlock Sony CMD C1 with changing eprom adresses from 016A to 016F with 00 but phone still write "Karten-Bindung". Then I try with yagoda generator by IMEI but, always the same. Does anybady know how to unlock this phone?
Please help me!
