Mobile tracking

Hi Everyone!

I am looking for some advice from people here about a program which i am trying to find.

Basicaly i have a problem. There is a person who is continuously stalking me and making violent threats to me. Everywhere i go, he lets me know throught text that he knows where i am and i feel very insicure.

Is there a program either for a mobile phone or for the computer (or online) that allows me to pin-point where a person is located through their mobile phone number on a map?

I know there are some online websites which do this, but they are expensive...

Any programs people may know of, or where i can get them from? This will be a HUGE help.
