why simscan replies "Card don’t send Answer To Reset!"？

I use SimScan 2.01 to do this sim cloning. While after I insert the sim card into the card reader and start this process, it displays the message box of "Waiting for ATR from SIM..." for several minutes and then returns error! The error msg is "Card don’t send Answer To Reset!".:confused:

What's wrong with it?

change the com port speed it should be 7.14 and don't select stong ki. select A38 limit.

NO! No every SIM Card can work on 7,14 MHz clock. Standard clock is 3,57 MHz. If your SIM Card still does not send ATR:
1) Wrong COM Port selected
2) What type of hardware do you use?

Maybe you insert the card upside-down into the reader.... happens many times :) Regards CH@IN

make a look at the crystal on the sim reader and select that speed on simscan
