This phone is finished! Power Ic is broken.It consumes more power than Charger supply.Only way is to change power Ic ,but it is a not easy job.

brother first of all replace battery , if not then check the diodes near charger connector these diodes r protectors and some times go shorts

I've just finished to repair my phone as ur prob.
Rehot UPP and UEM if not:
Change another UEM IC will be solve ur problem.

first of all u change the battray ,and see this theard,2nd Power Ic is short.It consumes more power .Only way is to change power Ic ,ur prob will be solve
