I need cable for NEC412 for FB Gold & problem for unlocking NEC 343 with FB2

I bought the FB gold upgrade kit but no cable for this model. I also can't find the cable with my FB2 before. How can I get a cable for this model ?
I sent email to sales@furious-gold.com but no reply. Please tell me how I can order the cable in order to use it.

Also, I have tried to use FB2 to do NEC 343, but it just keep telling me incorrect login details and use latest client etc... without showing I still have credit for it. Before is ok but not now, what's the solution ?
