Really hope someone can help me.

Tomtom 6.010 installs without problems.

I have followed the procedure, but i can`t manage to activate the maps.
Have tried the Guam map and the scandinavian map. I get the wrong activation code on both maps.
I also tried removing the scandinavian map, and just tried with guam.

I get the following codes from the keygen:
Guam
Device code: AB3AQ A2GSS
Activation code: NA2AT 3BDQL A3A9J

Scandinavia
Device code: AB3AQ A2GSS
Activation code: REFHZ RTMYL UX8A2

I'm running TomTom Mobile 5 (S80) on a N9300. Since I can't upgrade my tt5 to tt6, does anyone here have any instructions on how to make the v660.xxxx maps to be recognized/work on a TomTom Mobile 5 v5.200 (443)?

My problem is not activating the maps, I have already thanks to you all, read here how to use the keygen to activate the maps. I'm having trouble with getting tt5 include/install the v660 map in it's map list.

Remember that there were no keygens for the tt5 (v5.200) plus maps! We had to patch the TTMOBILE80.APP file, and have a v567 map on the root to make the Plus Maps (v632) work. That's the combination I've got now.

I just installed mine on the computer and copied it to the SD card using a cardreader. As soon I put the card into the phone the installation started.

if i copy the files and run tomtom i get a strange green screen with some strange figures and in german left under in the screen activate when i click on that tomtom screen is gone!

I have just installed Western_Europe_V660.1256 with these progs and it was a hit at first try )

Have you copied the key.exe and the DE_AT_and_CH_plus_major_roads_of_WE.mid file to the same folder and startet the keygen by cmd ?

I first copied the guam map, which activated tomtom 6 on my phone! It worked!

Than I copied a other map, BE_NL_and_LU_plus_major_roads_of_WE, in the root of my sd card. Start up Tomtom, switch maps, but than the problems starts. When i switch from Guam to BE_NL_and_LU_plus_major_roads_of_WE , my phone asks me to activate this map again.
I treid to generate a key, but this key doesn't work.

My phone device is ANBAY AJPD2 , the key generated with this map is: MZR8J 6UVCJ CZYXJ

Anyone any idea how to solve this ploblem? thanks in advance!

There is a cracked version available that you dont need to use the keygen do a search you should be able to find it

Trying to install TT6 on my Nokia E61. Everything seems to be working. How do you enter the code to unlock the maps. The E61's numeric keypad is a shifted function, ie hit function key first, then the number(s). The key entry area of TT6 appears to disable the function key, and as a result, unable to enter any numeric keys!

Edit: Solved it. Use the function key as a shift key! Always assumed the numbers were accessed by two separate key presses :p

Have a look at the .pna file in your map. That would give a version number to allow someone to calculate the code for you.

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, but I couldn't find it...

Has anyone managed to work out the problem with TTN6, the Nokia E62 and the Backlight?

When the program starts it is very dim. Then you can come in and out of the program (using the my stuff keys) and it will stay bright. But it never saves those settings for the next time you start TTN6.

I've heard that there is some way you can edit the TTMobile.exe with hexedit to correct it, but can't find the solution???

In the index "Software" you wil find a keygen

How to use the keygen:

Run the command promth (CMD)...

Whrite the name of the keygen AND the name of the MID-file from the map you want to use, e.g.

key.exe western_europe.mid

Press Enter, and you will bee asked for the device info...

Type your device info and press ENTER

You will get the key....

i've got Tomtom 6.030 on my PDA (Xda 2i), and the map DE_AT_CH_WE-Map v.660.1223. TT asks me for a product key, and i tried with the tt6_kg_4_c4pda.exe crack to get an activation number. i entered my device number (AB8H4 DVVQA) and the crack generated a number, well done so far. but my tomtom says the activation number is uncorrect!?

Any ideas what i can do?

Version of map will help - there are several revisions out there. Have a look in the .pna file of the map. Attaching the .mid will be even better - then helpers will not need to check if they have the map.

I thought this was going to be easy but now I'm stumped and need help! :-(

I have a Nokia 6680 which has TT5 on it already.
When I recently upgraded to a Nokia N73 I thought it would be easy to just copy everything from the 6680's memory card into the computer, and then from the computer into the N73's card. But it doesn't seem to spot all of the files.

So I came here and found heaps of dead links at the start of the thread.
46 pages later there are no links but lots of codes that I don't recognise.

Please can anyone show me either how to transfer what I have from one phone to the other, or where I can download TT6 which will work on the N73 with English and Western European maps?

there r 4 folders in which u need, i haven't got time to upload em now but, if u already have it on another phone ur more than likely to have they are as followed....

u must also insert the maps folder into the root aswell... hope this helps, i'll try to upload them folders this evenin if i get time

There are many different versions of maps out there. The activation code is based on the .mid file in your map. Reading the .pna file will give the version of map.

That way, if someone has that particular version of .mid file, then they can generate the code for you.

Otherwise, you will need to attach the .mid file for someone to generate a code for you.

Guys the keygen is very easy to use!!!!!

Save the keygen to your desktop & the midi.file.!! for the map you intend to use

Go to run type (cmd) ok you get the dos screen, then drag and drop the keygen into it then press space, then drag and drop the midi.file into it press enter, then enter your Device code. (CAPS_ON).press enter. you get your activation code.

As trickydave already mentioned the keygen is very easy to use!!!!!

Save the keygen to your desktop in the same location as the the midi file which is one of the files for the map you intend to use.

Go to the cmd prompt on the PC (DOS screen) . Navigate to the location where you have stored the midi file and the Keygen.
Launch the Keygen aplication as follows:

Keygen midi file

enter your Device code when it is requested.

If the keygen application isn't running you have to change in the properties of the progam that it is compatible with win98. More information can be found in this thread on older pages. The program Keygen can be found as well.

Anyways. i have a issue with my n80

First of all its a "3" uk handset

i have upgraded the firmware resently to v4.0623.0.41 ( RM-92 )

I copy and paste the tom tom software files via the data transfurr option to my 2gb mem card.

this is a confirmed symbian copy of tom tom navi 6 but it wont install on my handset.

Whenever I view the card under file manager - it appears that the important start.exe file, amongst others, has a blue circle with a ? in it - when selected it says unable to open the file. ??!

i copyed and pasted the sis file across and now i get a little red block and it says install tom tom but then it says it has had a update error ?

If anyone has any info i would be really greatfull

The entire map folder needs to go to the root directory of your card. The .mid will also need to be in that folder. The folder can be named anything you like, eg 'Europe' or '660 Europe' etc, and Tomtom will find it. You can have as many maps as your card will hold.

The mid file contains some details that Tomtom uses to check for proper activation codes. It is also used by the keygen to generate the activation codes.

The Bluetooth GPS receiver all takes some time to acquire and lock on to satellites. From a cold start, this could take up to 2 minutes (most will do so in a matter of seconds). So, have a walk outdoors with you receiver and phone, and wait...

The receiver I use, a QStarz, can even lock on to a signal from inside the lounge room of my home.

you need to get a gps reciever you can get them from ebay or any other shop just search for gps reciver
if you have one then turn it on and just wait for 5 mins and the gps box will find a signal then off you go

For the N80 you need the firmware 4.0623 to run it correctly (*#0000# to know the version) : you can upgrade version 3.xxx to 4.xxx buy flashing the phone,
For the N72 it must be with new firmware (symbian 9.13 3rd not symbian 2nd 2.28)
If you want to know the version of the soft press *#0000# on your phone

Does not work with 3250 and N91 !!!
Does not work with old symbian phones like 6630/6680/N70/N90
