Have you flash it? If not look at my page and download file eepedit.zip it contains flasher and flashes. After flashing, red/write sections of eeprom. If it not help, you should write eeprom in the eeprom programer.

Hi friends !

I decide to play with my phone, because I`m very interesting to find out
and to learn something more about CCS and Perm.Bloc. in Savvy phones.
I search net and I find some solutions to fix CCS.
I read eeprom from phone with Pony and save it(I made one more copy http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif)
So I edit eeprom dump with HexWorkshop and find address 0D00 and 0D26
At 0D00 is DB
on 0D26 is 11
I supose that PCK was entered 5 times,so I decrese (value on that address)
for five time (-5).I don`t know how to decrese DB-5,so I use hex
calculator and convert DB to decimal and it was 219,then I decrese it
for 5 and I get 214 then I convert it to hex and I get D6.
But address 0D26 I just decrese it for 5 and get 6.Now don`t smile http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif
just tell me is that corect? If not tell me how to do it?
Then I change address
at 0D00 I write D6
at 0D26 I write 06
and save it.I write it back to eeprom and solder it in phone. http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif
I was thinking *** help me.I powerd on phone and now I get perm.blocked http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/frown.gif
Now my question is how to fix perm.blocked ?
Could somebody be nice and explane to me what I done wrong.?

P.S.
I`m not one of the guys who will just siting and wayting somebody
who will done everything for him http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif
Sorry for my terible english

Thanks

Hi,
Now use my solution. Read and write sections from 1..12 without changes, don't write section 11 if you have error mesage when read it.

Hi

Guys at first thanks for helping me http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif
In mean time I get fixed bin from one great guy.But I decide to play some more and to try solutions that you replay me.It will be not fair from me if I didn`t try after you send me what to try.
When I get Perm.Blocked after CCS I try with solution from JSB (Read and write section from 1...12) but things is stil same I could read every section excapte section 11.?
JSB Whay?
GSMlock I try with andromeda but after repair done I again get Perm.Blocked http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/frown.gif
I think it was my mistake whay andromeda didn`t help,because I didn`t
decrese or increse values corect !? If I`m wrong corect me http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif
Bik I didn` try to flash it because (truthly) I was litle scared.I read problems
about flashing and I see how phone after flashing some time stay dead http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/frown.gif
I had fixed bin and I didn`t whant to take risk.I hope you understand me cause
I`m beginer. If I didn`t have fixed bin at the end of trying be shure that I would try.
So at the end I put fixed bin to eeprom and solder it to phone powered it on and
everything was OK http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif
So guys thanks again.
I will reamember you.

P.S.
After phone left from me I was sorry cause I didn`t try to flash it to see what will
happend.Maybe next time!

My best regards

Hi Formula1,
try to read and write blocks form 1 to 24, if this don't work thest this. I think your EEPROM have to many errors, one time I have same problem, and repair it. I have one Zip file Savvy128b42Repair, select one Bin file from this Zip arhiv, and write it in EEPROM, after this action you will have Per. Block, and use my solution (1..24) it' work for me http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif
