Qtek 8100 network ONE - UNLOCK help!!!!

Hello, I need help. :)
I have Qtek 8100 buy (like not LOCKED) on Ebay, but Qutek is LOCKED on Austria Network ONE. :eek: :( :confused:
Pleas, pleas somebody to help me.
If whoever can give mi unlock code for my phone, here is imei of phone.
IMEI: 354651001087933
I can only give in an unlock code for network, this write on display.
