Philips Diga "Contact your dealer"

I have Philips TCD 308/TX. I think that this is Philips Diga. When I put my sim in this phone phone I get message: "Contact your dealer". I try to unlock this phone with Free 2000 but, I get the same message. Could somebady tell me how to unlock this phone or repair my bin file?
