LG Blazer Box - Error Need help!!

I have a LG Blazer Box that i use to unlock LG phones. I have the software on a CD and also i went to the website and downloaded the updated software: up to version 8.2 however when we connect the cables it only gives us 2 options to work with which is "Exit" and "Update Box". Where can i find the udate files? It is looking for an *.UPD extension.

Can anyone help on this matter or advise on it!!!!!
