still dont have acess to support area

i bough my polar box 2 and i recieve it on saturday... as soon as recieve it , i install and i follow all steps to register my box. but until now i cant acess to support area. i send e mail to support but still dont have any reply. i try to register again and i got this message: box already registered or baned (something like this). what must i do to acess to support?
