moto battery meter problem,plz help

got a lot of moto with battery meter indicate error,normaly the battery got two bar on display,as soon as i plug it in charger ,it comes to empty,but its charging(battery indicater flash),i try to flash,no help....
sepecial with v3,e1,v220
how to repair it ????

you can check for change battery or you can check for charging ic

me too have facing same problem bt need solution...when put battry it show full charging when put charger it show two bar then one bar then empty indication bar is flikering meanz its charging... bt acctully its only show charging bt not save it battery is draning...any repair idea for my V3
