W700 Dead After flash !!!

Hi guys....
I have W700 and i want flash and change imei by SETOOLS3. I use this version:
r1ca021_CXC1250514_EU_1_CR.ssw.cry
r1ca021_emea6_fs.ssw.cry
but phone dead after flash!!!
What is Problem?

I didnt have usb smart flash file for w700.
Where i find usbsmart flash file for W700?
Can i change imei with usbsmat for w700?

I use test point and flash it by usbsmart.main complete but fs error.
then i use setoll3 and test point ,flash complete but not power phone and when i push power button, red light view,
please help me how can turn on phone?
